Sr. SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER (CUSTOMER ACTIVATION)

What:

You will build and lead the customer activation team in global social platforms team.

The customer activation team will develop and in close collaboration with global/regional/local counterparts.

Not only test, but improve and scale strategies & initiatives pointed at establishing relationships with customers from the physical world also on social platforms.

This involves finding and activating relevant target individuals as well as continuously initiating meaningful interactions (e.g. conversations, warm leads, relevant traffic).

While your team will be directly managing global Instagram channel and UGC program, you will also be responsible for developing scalable and measurable initiatives for other social platforms across the world.

Profound experience with influencers and deep engagement content are crucial success factors.

Required:

6+ years professional social media marketing experience – influencer experience a must!

Ability to develop visionary, yet achievable strategies as well as determination to see the implementation through to the end hands on mentality a must!

A proactive, honest and self-reliant personality, critical thinking, pragmatic, and superb project management skills, preferably scrum certified.

Strong team player with excellent stakeholder management skills.

A determination to build bridges between the physical and digital marketing & sales world!

Professional (preferably native) communication skills in verbal and written English.
